InviteOtter uses SendGrid to deliver email. When you send invitations, guest email addresses are transmitted to SendGrid solely for the purpose of delivering those messages. SendGrid's privacy policy governs their handling of this data.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Event and guest data is retained until you delete it. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use cookies to maintain your login session. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms. Data is transmitted over HTTPS. While we take reasonable precautions, no system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

InviteOtter is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
